Buying from Geek Matter

Geek Matter LLC is the seller for website purchases. For questions about an order or these terms, email maingeek@geek-matter.com.

Prices, payment and disputes

Prices are in US dollars (USD). The total, including any shipping charges and sales tax, is shown at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed by Square on Square's own checkout page. Geek Matter never receives card numbers. Square's own terms govern payment processing.

Payment disputes and chargebacks go through Square. For order questions, returns or product problems, contact maingeek@geek-matter.com.

Shipping and tax

We ship within the US and internationally using USPS. Free US shipping is available on orders over $35. The threshold shown at checkout applies and may change. International buyers pay shipping and all customs and import fees. Local pickup is not available.

Made-to-order items, including swords, ship in 3-5 business days; other items ship in 1-3 business days. These are processing times before shipment, separate from delivery time.

Sales tax is added at checkout.

Custom projects

Custom projects that start from a customer's idea are non-refundable. Other items bought through the website, including made-to-order items, are refundable under the 7-day return rule described below.

Returns and product problems

Returns must be requested within 7 days after delivery for items not damaged by the customer. Rough handling or misuse after delivery is not covered, and customer-caused breakage does not qualify for a free replacement.

Returns are by mail only, never in person. Email maingeek@geek-matter.com for private return instructions. The customer pays return shipping; we may choose to cover it for small items.

If an item arrives damaged or broken, we replace it or refund it based on the customer's preference. For defects caused by our printing, we replace the item; a refund is a last resort, such as when a replacement is not possible.

Original shipping charges are not refunded on normal returns, but are covered for shipping damage and print defects. See Shipping, returns and refunds for return instructions and refund timing.

These policies do not limit rights that applicable law requires.
